1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Hawaiian Moon Calendar mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Hawaiian Moon Calendar provides:

• Traditional Hawaiian lunar calendar with 30 moon phases
• Fishing and planting guidance based on moon phases
• Real-time tide predictions from NOAA
• Personal logging features for catches and plantings (Premium)
• GPS location tracking for fishing spots (Premium)

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Premium Subscription

Premium features are available for $19.99 per year, billed through Google Play.

Premium features include:

• Month view calendar
• Historical month browsing
• Catch and planting logging with photos
• GPS secret spot tracking
• Calendar reminders

3.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Google Play account settings

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

4. Use of the App

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

4.2 Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Share your subscription with others
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

IMPORTANT: The App provides informational content based on Hawaiian traditional knowledge and NOAA data.

• Fishing: Moon phases and tide predictions are for informational purposes only. Success is not guaranteed.
• Planting: Gardening advice is based on traditional lunar planting practices. Results may vary by location, climate, and other factors.
• Tide Data: While we use official NOAA data, always check local conditions and forecasts before water activities.
• Navigation: GPS features are for personal reference only. Do not use as a primary navigation tool.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lava Rock Labs LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

• Reliance on fishing or planting predictions
• Loss of catches or crops
• Accidents or injuries during fishing or planting activities
• Inaccurate GPS coordinates or location data
• Loss of data or content stored in the App

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Lava Rock Labs LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. The Hawaiian lunar calendar knowledge is based on traditional Hawaiian cultural practices.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create (photos, notes, logs). By using the App, you grant us permission to store and display your content to you within the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Safety Notice

Ocean Safety: Always check weather and ocean conditions before fishing. Hawaiian waters can be dangerous. Follow all local regulations and safety guidelines.

Planting Safety: Follow safe gardening practices. Be aware of local climate conditions and plant suitability for your area.
